U.S. Army RAH-66 Comanche T-Shirt

U.S. Army Boeing–Sikorsky RAH-66 Comanche stealth armed reconnaissance/attack helicopter. Initiated in 1982, the LHX (Light Helicopter Experimental), program Boeing-Sikorsky team was awarded a contract in 1991 - up to 1,213 Comanches could be procured. The RAH-66 would utilize advanced technologies and operate in conjunction with the AH-64 Apache. Two Comanche prototypes were flight tested from 1996 to 2004, with excellent flying qualities reported. However, on February 23, 2004, the U.S. Army announced the termination of the RAH-66 Comanche program.
