A rare livery: Republic Airlines Douglas DC-9 landing at Miami International Airport (MIA) during February 1980. On July 1, 1979 North Central Airlines merged with Southern Airways to form Republic Airlines. This DC-9 with Republic lettering, still retains the Southern Airways paint scheme.
