Artist's Description
This USAF/Boeing B-47E Stratojet (t/n 17066) served with Strategic Air Command (SAC) from 1953 to 1963 as a medium bomber. The aircraft was then modified into a WB-47E variant that performed weather reconnaissance missions into the 1970s until its retirement.
